Progas system provides customized designs & services in respect of Trailers, Cylinder Quads, Cylinder Bank with interconnected manifold duly fitted with Inlet/Outlet Valves and High Pressure Regulators. These jobs are carried out strictly as per norms prescribed by various authorities. The tailor made jobs are offered for inspection to various agencies as per customers need. Cylinder cascade have either single or dual outlets and can comprise either pure or mixed gases. These packs provide an uninterrupted supply of gas and can be transported by a fork-lift truck.

Trolleys are developed for the big cylinders as well as for the small cylinders. These hand trolleys are specially designed to hold and easily transport heavy compressed gas cylinders by persons of moderate strength. They feature arc welded tubular steel construction for strength. All models roll quietly and smoothly on large solid rubber tired wheels and castors for better maneuverability over rough or even surfaces. Trolleys are finished with scratch resistant, high gloss, electrostatically applied oven baked powder coat.

PROGAS SYSTEM PVT LTD specializes in the supply of complete skid mounted PRS (pressure reduction stations). The skid mounted stations are designed, shop fabricated and assembled, fully tested and packaged before transported to site.

The complete system includes high integrity equipment for filtration, heating, pressure reduction, regulation and metering. Monitoring is also possible. The stations are designed according to ASME B31.8 and B31.3 and customer specific requirements.

Cylinder Manifold system is a high pressure structure which is specially fabricated for interconnecting two or more numbers of cylinders to a common gas supply line when consumption requirement is high. Manifold interconnects two or more number of cylinders for the purpose of availability of more gas at source which can be transmitted continuously.

The Gas Manifold pressure can be reduced to the required pressure by a regulator. The pressure regulators can be conned to two manifolds for resulting in the changeover of manifolds. The changeover can be done manually or automatically by changing the gas supply from one set of cylinders to the other set without interrupting the continuity of the supply.

PROGAS SYSTEM can provide custom made gas specific manifolds for all types of applications required by the customers.
