Pipeline Design Engineering
Our team of experts ensures precision at every stage of design:
- Pipe routing & layouts as per ASME B31.3.
- Plot plan, key plan, piping GA, piping isometric & final MTO.
- Pipe sizing and pressure drop analysis.
- Preparation of Bill of Material (BOM).
- Generation of GA & Isometric drawings.
- Design & fabrication of piping supports as per standards.
Pipeline Engineering & Execution
We execute complete pipeline installation and validation, including:
- Preparation of As-built drawings for pipelines.
- Hydrostatic testing & station piping verification.
- Loop identification from P&ID and instrument loop diagrams.
- Conducting hydraulic, compaction & radiographic tests.
- Installation of pipelines in carbon steel, stainless steel, cupro-nickel, Teflon & PVC.
- Vendor drawing verification & gauge calibration checks.
- Material inspection during fabrication & erection stages.
- Non-destructive testing (PT, UT, MPT) inspections.
